July 29, 2009 - This year’s Lake Spokane all star Softball team was assembled from the 26 player squads of the Shockers and the Outlaws. During the All-Star season they had several tough games including many close ones, with the Shockers on their way to the title with a 12-2 record. Coaches Ken Westhoff, Heather Lahman, and David Zaro have devoted their time and energy to the local softball players in the community and enable them to have a chance for a state appearance in Vancouver, Washington. Great job softball players, coaches, and volunteers on a job well done!

January 20, 2009 - The Lake Spokane Little League held its first Annual Pancake feed and registration breakfast this last Saturday at the Suncrest Family Worship Center. They served pancakes, scrambled eggs and sausage. It was a very good breakfast.
